How scoring works
Each assessment uses 12 statements answered on a 1–5 agreement scale. Positively keyed items score as answered; reverse-keyed items score as 6 minus the answer. The raw score range is 12–60 and is normalized to 0–100 with (raw − 12) / 48 × 100. Both raw and normalized scores are stored, together with the scoring algorithm version, so historical results remain reproducible.
