Privacy policy

Account data: your email address and an internal account identifier. Assessment data: your individual item responses, computed scores and the versions of the content and scoring rules used. Subscription data: your plan status and the identifiers our payment processor needs.

We do not collect special category health data, and we do not ask for your name, address or date of birth.

To provide the service you asked for: saving progress, computing deterministic scores, building your cumulative profile and generating development suggestions. The legal basis is performance of a contract with you, and consent for anything optional such as analytics cookies.

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security, so each row is readable only by the account that created it. Access is over encrypted connections.

When you request an AI-generated interpretation, only aggregated scores and construct names are sent to the model provider — never your individual item answers, and never your email address. Model providers do not train on this data.

You can access, export, correct and permanently delete your data at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your responses, results and profile. You may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Assessment data is kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, the data is deleted. Anonymous, non-identifying aggregate counts may be retained.
